UK SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping in the UK regardless of quantity or size of the order. We reserve the right to despatch in multiple packages in cases where weight restrictions may be exceeded.
All orders are despatched from stock from our UK facility based in the East Midlands. We will endeavour to despatch orders either the same or next business day.
All orders to be delivered to a UK address will be despatched with a UK Courier and a delivery aim of within 5 working days from despatch.
Orders for kits and/or accessories over £20, will be despatched via UPS
Orders for accessories with a value of £20 or under will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class service.
During peak shipping times we kindly ask for your patience if your order is delayed by the courier. Refunds for lost or presumed lost item(s) cannot be processed until the courier has carried out an investigation and declared the item(s) as lost.
For Royal Mail, the timeframe for declaring as lost is based on their own terms of service. This is 10 working days after the despatch of the item. Information can be found here: https://www.royalmail.com/help/lost-items-parcels-letters

Notifications about loss or damage need to be made within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
Free shipping is restricted to Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
REST OF WORLD SHIPPING POLICY
Flat rate shipping is available for all other areas regardless of the quantity or size of the order. We reserve the right to despatch in multiple packages in cases where weight restrictions may be exceeded.

All orders to be delivered to a non-UK address will be despatched with an International Courier and a delivery aim of within 20 working days from despatch. During peak shipping times and especially whilst the world is dealing with the current pandemic, we kindly ask for your patience if your order is delayed by the courier. Refunds for lost or presumed lost item(s) cannot be processed until the courier has carried out an investigation and declared the item(s) as lost. We apologise for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but it is standard practise and non-negotiable.
Diamond Art Studio UK Ltd are not responsible for any additional customs, duty or VAT fees which may be applicable to your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay such fees which may arise.
EU Customers will be subject to all VAT and duties at the border from 1st July 2021. Please ensure you investigate your regional VAT and import fees prior to purchase.
